JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant having succeeded in her claim of unfair dismissal, the Respondent having conceded liability, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation as follows:a. Basic Award £21,000, andb. Compensatory Award, (the statutory cap having been applied) £58,855.24.[2]The Respondent shall further pay the Claimant damages for wrongful dismissal in the sum of £1076.92.[3]For avoidance of doubt, the total payable under the terms of this Judgment is £80,932.16.
