The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By letter dated 19 July 2022, the Claimant was given the opportunity to give reasons that the unfair dismissal complaint should not be struck out (because it appeared from the claim form that the Claimant was employed for under two years). No response was received from the Claimant.[2]By a letter dated 7 November 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 14 November 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 31 August 2023.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
