JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in the period from 1 August 2022 to 28 February 2024.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £7,311.20, which is the gross sum deducted. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[3]The Claimant’s complaints of discrimination on the grounds of sex and disability are not well founded, fail and are dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s complaints of discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief, of unfair dismissal and for holiday pay are dismissed on the grounds that they have not been actively pursued.
