JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for health and safety detriment pursuant to section 44(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed on the basis that the claim was brought out of time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The claim for pubic disclosure detriment pursuant to section 47B of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed on the basis that the claim was brought out of time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The claim for direct age discrimination pursuant to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed on the basis that the claim was brought out of time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.[4]The claim for age related harassment pursuant to section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 is dismissed on the basis that the claim was brought out of time and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.
