JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of wrongful dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages in respect of the Claimant’s professional subscription are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success. The complaints are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract in respect of private medical expenses is subject to a deposit order.[3]The Respondent’s application for costs is refused.REASONS
[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £950.00 following a preliminary hearing held on 8 February 2024. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 21 February 2024. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaint of breach of contract in respect of the Claimant’s medical expenses is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The deposit order was made in relation the only outstanding possible claim. The Claimant’s claim is at end
