JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal finds, and the parties are in agreement, that the respondent owes the claimant the sum of £249.11 in unpaid wages, calculated as follows, on the basis of an hourly rate of £5.28:a. 17.18 hours holiday payb. One week’s notice pay (30 hours).[2]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages relating to the weekly hours worked is dismissed on withdrawal.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £249.11 (less any deductions for tax or national insurance), within 14 days of the date that this order is sent to the parties.
