[1]The section 99 Employment Rights Act 1996 unfair dismissal claim is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £1,872.92 for having been unfairly dismissed.[2]The indirect sex discrimination claim under section 19 Equality Act 2010, is not well-founded and is dismissed.[3]The wrongful dismissal claim is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant as the respondent had paid her in full.[4]The Recoupment provisions do not apply.
