REASONS

There is no reasonable prospect of the original decision being varied or revoked, becausea. The unchallenged sworn evidence of the claimant was the only time he tendered his resignation was on 5th July 2020, as evidenced by a Watts App message.b. Employment Judge told Mrs Wood at the hearing if the claimant’s evidence was unchallenged the Tribunal would accept it.c. EJ Postle was informed by Mrs Wood she had no questions to put to the claimant.
