[1]By a letter dated 24 March 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because the claimants have not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 26 January 2024 there has been no response to the Tribunal’s strike out warning of 24 March it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing, or have failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.
