JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £1096.05, in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the claimant's wages in respect of his accrued but untaken holiday pay at the time of his dismissal and is ordered to pay the net sum of £650.95 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[3]The respondent has acted in breach of contract by failing to reimburse the claimant for expenses relating to the purchase of hair colouring products and is ordered to pay the claimant the amount of £927.39 in respect of the losses he incurred as a result of that breach of contract.
