JUDGMENT
[1]The time for filing a response having expired and no response having been received, the Claimant’s claims that she was unfairly dismissed for a reason related to pregnancy and discriminated against by reason of pregnancy, succeed.[2]The Respondents are jointly and severally liable to pay the Claimant compensation in the sum of £8,817.97.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the compensation due under this Judgment is calculated under the tribunal’s discrimination jurisdiction and is to be paid to the Claimant without deduction.
