JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint that he was unfairly dismissed was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time.[2]The complaint that the claimant was the victim of discrimination on the protected characteristic of disability was presented out of time. It is not just and equitable to extend time to allow the claimant to proceed.[3]The claimant’s claim is therefore dismissed, it is presented out of time and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.
