JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages by failing to pay him wages from 1 March 2018 to 13 March 2018. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £478.20 in respect of this unlawful deduction.[2]The respondent failed to pay the claimant the accrued holiday pay to which he was entitled on the termination of his employment pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998. That failure amounted to an unlawful deduction of wages in respect of the 4.75 days accrued holiday pay that were payable to the claimant. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £267.19 in respect of this unlawful deduction.
