JUDGMENT

The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The complaints of unfair dismissal, breach of contract, unpaid wages and holiday pay are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(a) because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The complaints of religious discrimination, age discrimination, race discrimination, sex discrimination, and public interest disclosure, are struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(c) because the claimant has not complied with the Tribunal Rules or a Tribunal order; Rule 37(1)(d) because they have not been actively pursued and Rule 37(1)(e) because it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing in respect of these claims.
