[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200 following a preliminary hearing held on 7 February 2019. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 20 February 2019. The Claimant has failed to pay the deposit. The complaint of Indirect Age Discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The complaints of Unfair Dismissal and Direct Age Discrimination are not affected by this decision.
