Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £1930.63.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £307.69.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £313.85.[4]The respondent has paid £307.07 towards the above, the balance owed is therefore £2245.41 of which the respondent is ordered to pay that total sum which includes the above sums. 4. The hearing listed on 05/12/2018 is cancelled.
