JUDGMENT
[1]It is confirmed that, in accordance with Rule 27(2), all complaints under claim number 3307545/2023 stand dismissed with effect from 1 February 2024.[2]All complaints under claim number 3308964/2023 are struck out.REASONS
[1]For claim number 3307545/2023, I made an order under Rule 27(1) on 7 September 2023. The resultant notice was sent to parties on 17 November 2023. It suggested that the claim should have been rejected under Rule 12, invited the Claimant to comment, and said the claim would stand dismissed if she did not.[2]No reply from the Claimant had been received by early January 2024. As I commented in the letter sent on my instructions on 18 January 2024, no specific date had been mentioned in the order sent 17 November 2023. I therefore ordered that the Claimant had until 1 February 2024 to respond, or else the claim would stand dismissed from that date.[3]No response from the Claimant has been received, and therefore, this judgment is to be treated as the notification, required by Rule 27(2) that the claim was dismissed, without further order, on 1 February 2024. Claim number 3308964/2023[4]For claim number 3308964/2023, by a letter dated 18 January 2024, I gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 1 February 2024 to 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case No: 3307545/2023 and 3308964/2023 make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[5]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
