[1]By letters dated 30 May 2024 the Tribunal gave each claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 13 June 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why their claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 28 February 2024. it has not been actively pursued.[2]In each case, the claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. Each claim is therefore struck out.
