[1](1) This is a Judgment made under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules. The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded and successful.(2) The first respondent and/or the second respondent must (on a joint basis) pay the sum of £2217.62 to the claimant within 14 days from the date of this Judgment.(3) This sum relates to unpaid wages between 28 March 2023 and 28 April 2023. This sum is calculated by reference to 22 days x 9 hours work per day x £11.20 per hour. This sum is calculated gross and should be paid subject to statutory tax and national insurance deductions.(4) H.P. JUNG (BEACONSFIELD) LIMITED, as the likely full name of the Claimant’s employer, was added as the second respondent during the hearing.
