Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Watford Employment Tribunals on 26 June 2023. The respondent has failed to submit a response. The Regional Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £3,187.50.[2]In breach of contract the respondent has failed to make pension contributions on behalf of the claimant and is ordered to pay him damages of £95.63.
