The Claimant’s claim is dismissed under rule 37(1)(b), (c) & (d).REASONS
[1]The Claimant failed to attend the telephone case management hearing listed on 26 January 2023, notice of this having been sent to the parties on 9 November 2022.[2]EJ Palmer ordered the Claimant’s claim would be struck out unless, within 14 days of his order being sent on 19 February 2023, he contacted the Tribunal and gave a satisfactory explanation for his non-attendance.[3]The Claimant has not contacted the Tribunal at all.[4]In failing to attend the hearing, the Claimant acted unreasonably.
