The Claimant’s claims are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 5 April 2022, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing as to why his claims should not be struck out because he had not complied with an order from the Tribunal of 6 February 2021 and did not appear to be actively pursuing his claims.[2]The Claimant has made no representations as to why his claims should not be struck out and has not requested a hearing. His claims are therefore struck out.[3]The hearing listed for 8-10 June 2022 will now not take place.
