JUDGMENT
Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant is entitled to a basic award, in the sum of £807.70 and the respondents are ordered to pay the said sum.[2]The claimant is entitled to a compensatory award allowing for mitigation and ex gratia payment in the sum of £5,094.66 and the respondents are ordered to pay the said sum.[3]The respondents are ordered to pay a contribution towards the claimant’s costs assessed at £500 together with a portion of Counsel’s fees in the sum of £180 pursuant to rule 76 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure Regulations 2013.
