JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant is entitled to a basic award in the sum of £1,384.60 and the respondents are ordered to pay the said sum.[2]The claimant is entitled to a compensatory award allowing for payments made and mitigation in the sum of £6,516.14 and the respondents are ordered to pay the said sum.[3]The respondents are ordered to pay a contribution towards the claimant’s costs assessed at £500 together with a portion of Counsel’s fees in the sum of £180 pursuant to rule 76 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure Regulations 2013.
