JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the claimant withdrawing his breach of contract claim, it is dismissed.[2]It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to present his complaint of unfair dismissal within the limitation period and it was presented within a reasonable time thereafter. Consequently, the tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the complaint.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded and succeeds.[4]The respondent will pay the claimant compensation at a figure to be determined, which will not be reduced by reason of Polkey, blameworthy conduct or failure to mitigate.
