JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for wrongful dismissal is dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The Tribunal finds, in accordance with Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996, that the claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The Respondent failed to pay the wages properly payable to the Claimant in respect of the period 16 January 20234 March 2023 (which period includes the Claimant’s minimum notice period provided for in s.86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996).[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant the gross sum of £3,578.70.[4]There being no good basis on which to award costs in accordance with the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal makes no order as to the fee for legal advice sought by the Claimant.
