[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Hosted-It Limited.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages and/or breach of contract succeeds.[3]The claimant is entitled to the following sums and it is ordered that the respondent pay the total below to the claimant: a) £521 notice pay b) £173.70 expenses c) £89.85 subsistence Total - £784.35[4]I have no power to make an order with respect to any income tax difficulties but understand that a letter from the respondent would assist the claimant. There would seem to be no reason why such a letter of clarification cannot be written. Case Number: 3307249/18
