JUDGMENT
Following a discussion about the nature of the claims that the claimant seeks to make against the respondent and after the Employment Judge informing the claimant that based on his assessment of the matters raised by the claimant at the preliminary hearing that the claimant’s claims of breach of contract and wrongful dismissal had no reasonable prospects of success. The claimant withdrew his claims. The claims are dismissed pursuant to rule 52 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
