Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £824.72. (subject to any lawfully required PAYE deductions, but without any other deduction or set off)[2]In addition, I award £1265.22 (being 2 weeks’ pay) in accordance with section 38 of the Employment Act 2002, and the Respondent is ordered to pay that.[3]No declaration or remedy is granted in relation to the alleged breach of Regulation 4 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 on the basis that no complaint within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal is raised in relation to that matter.
