The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letters dated 16 January and 8 April 2024, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out. The first letter gave a deadline of 30 January 2024 and the second 15 April 2024.[2]As stated in the January letter, the reason strike out was being considered was the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 31 July 2023. The claim has not been actively pursued.[3]The Claimant’s email of 17 January 2024 at 10.44pm demonstrates that he received the January warning. There was no other reply to the January warning, and no other correspondence at all since then.[4]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
