Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response having been received to the claimant’s claim[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant has been the victim of unlawful discrimination on the grounds of disability as alleged in the claim form as submitted to the tribunal on 21st July 2020.[3]The claimant has suffered unlawful deductions from his wages as set out in the claimant’s claim form.[4]The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at a Remedy Hearing.
