[1]By a letter dated 23 March 2022 the tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why their claims should not be struck out because it appeared that the claims had not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing as to why this should not be done or to request a hearing at which to make oral representations opposing the striking out of the claims. The claims are therefore struck out.
