There appearing to be a history of the Claimant failing to comply with case management orders or pursue his claim, by a letter of 20 November 2022 the Claimant was warned that I was considering strikeout. He was given until 5 December 2022 to comply with all outstanding orders and write to the Tribunal giving reasons why his claim should not be struck out.
