REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 12 May 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 26 May 2023o make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because  They have not been actively pursued.  Of the reasons in the Respondent’s application dated 2 May 2023.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing.[3]All claims in case number 3307104/2022 are therefore struck out.[4]To the extent (if at all) that any part of case number 3307028/2022 survived the Unless Order sent on 6 March 2023, any and all remaining parts are struck out.[5]The vacted hearing of 22 May 2023 will not be rescheduled.
