REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 15 August 2025, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 29 August 2025 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 31 May 2024. it has not been actively pursued. of the reasons stated by the Respondent in its application of 31 July 2025 to which there had been no response from the Claimant[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. It is proportionate to strike out. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 15 to 24 September 2025 will not take place. Approved by:
