JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the claimant wages between 1 February 2022 to 11 February 2022. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £888.49, being the gross sum unlawfully deducted.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant additional compensation of £2,160.00 (being 4 weeks gross pay) pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.[3]The respondent failed to give the claimant a written itemised pay statement for January and February 2022 in accordance with section 8 Employment Rights Act 1996. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant additional compensation of £335.07 pursuant to section 12(4) of the Act. Employment Judge Saward
