Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £2,666.67 gross.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £4,834.80.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £8,680.50 (capped at £643 and 9 years’ service).[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £2,400.00.[5]This judgment does not deal with pension issues and Claimant is free to pursue such matters via an alternative route if she wishes.
