JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for failure to pay the National Minimum Wage is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant.[2]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £346.50 in respect of compensation related to entitlement to leave under Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998.[3]It is declared that the Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages contrary to section 13 Employment Rights Act 1996 in the sum of £320.00. The Respondent shall pay the said sum of £320.00 to the claimant.
