Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has failed to provide the Claimant access to records contrary to s.11 National Minimum Wage Act 1998. The Claimant is awarded the sum of £626.40 being 80 times the current hourly rate under the Act.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £701.34.[3]The hearing listed on 9 November 2018 is converted to a hearing to determine the Claimant’s application for a preparation time order and to assess the same if appropriate.
