JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been presented in time and accordingly, the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal. It is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is wholly misconceived. It is struck out under rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospect of success.
