[1]By a letter dated 23 May 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal made on 6 November 2021, and the claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant wrote to the tribunal on 24 May 2022 to say that she does not object to the claim being struck out. The claim is therefore struck out.
