Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The Respondent failed to present a response to the claim within the time permitted by the tribunal’s rules and judgment is entered in favour of the Claimant as follows.[2]The Claimant is owed unpaid holiday and/or notice pay and is awarded £960 (subject to deduction of tax) in compensation.
