JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well-founded and is upheld.[2]The Claimant is awarded compensation in the total sum of £16,274.72 made up of a basic award of £4,401 and a compensatory award of £11,873.72.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deductions is dismissed. The underpayments in the Claimant’s salary in January and February 2018 have been accounted for in the compensatory award for unfair dismissal.[4]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed.[5]The Claimant’s claim for a payment in lieu of annual leave is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.
