T Fiford-Beadle v Buckinghamshire Council: 3306651/2020
JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application to amend the Claim, so as to add a claim of disability related harassment and further grounds of claim of failure to make reasonable adjustments or to provide an auxiliary aid under section 20 of the Equality Act 2010 (“EqA”), is refused.[2]The Claimant’s claims, being of direct disability discrimination under s.13 EqA, discrimination because of something arising in consequence of the Claimant’s disability under s.15 EqA and failure to make reasonable adjustments or provide an auxiliary aid under s.20 EqA, are out of time and it is not just and equitable to extend time for presentation of the claims, and accordingly are dismissed.
