JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has not shown that there was a potentially fair reason for dismissal and the dismissal was therefore unfair.[2]Even if it had shown such a fair reason, the dismissal was unfair on procedural and substantive grounds, dismissal being outside the range of reasonable responses.[3]The claimant was disabled at the material time.[4]The claimant was unfavourably treated for something arising in consequence of her disability.[5]The respondent failed to make reasonable adjustments.[6]The claimant was subjected to harassment related to her disability.[7]A hearing to determine remedy has been listed by agreement on Friday 19 June 2026 to be held by CVP and listed for one day.
