JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s employment transferred from the second respondent to the first respondent on 22 February 2021.[2]The claimant was dismissed on 24 February 2021 and by virtue of regulation 4 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 the liability of the second respondent for the claims in these proceedings transferred to the first respondent. Accordingly, the claim against the second respondent is dismissed.[3]The second respondent’s application for costs is dismissed. GEORGE FOXWELL
