JUDGMENT
[1]Breach of contract The respondent is to pay to the claimant the following sums in respect of breach of contract:- a) £3217.64 net for a breach of the employment contract failure to pay a signing on bonus due in line with his pay in September 2018 b) £1083.72 net for a breach of the employment contract by failure to pay employee pension contributions to the pension provider for the period 1 August 2018 to 30 June 2019, being the date the claimant opted out of the pension scheme c) £693.24 net for a breach of the employment contract by failure to pay employer pension contributions to the pension provider for the period 1 August 2018 to 30 June 2019[2]Wages The respondent is to pay to the claimant wages which fell due between 1 July 2019 and 30 June 2020 in the sum of £17,208.55 net, that being the shortfall between the sum properly payable to the claimant and the sum actually paid by the respondent in that period.[3]Total award This makes a total award under all heads of £22,203.15 net[4]Preparation time order The respondent is to pay to the claimant the sum of £570 for 15 hours at the current rate of £38 per hour.
