[1]By a letter dated 27 March 2026, the tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity by 3 April 2026 to make representations or to request a hearing at which to do so, as to why the claims should not be struck out on the basis that(1) the claimant had not complied fully with Employment Judge Dick’s directions of 19 January 2026 and(2) the case was not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
