[1]By a letter dated 22 April 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal by 24 April 2024 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious; the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 27 March 2023. it has not been actively pursued. it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. She also failed to reply to the Respondent’s correspondence seeking orders and alleging non-compliance by the Claimant.[3]The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 29 April to 3 May 2024 will not take place. 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case No: 3306573/2022
