The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 6 February 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant until 4pm on 9 February 2023 to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 25 March 2022. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing, either in response to the tribunal’s letter, or the Respondent’s application of 31 January 2023. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 13 to 16 February 2023 will not take place.
